what we offer

At Creekside Christian Academy, we make learning fun while keeping a positive outlook. From milestones to academic achievements, our teachers praise and reward at every opportunity! We look for recognition opportunities, boost self-esteem, and provide many achievement rewards for all ages.

chapel

CCA begins every day with chapel, whereby all students, staff and parents come together as a community of believers for a time of worship. What a great community of believers we live in! During our chapel program, we learn about Christianity through daily experiences of prayer, praise, and song. This is a special time to worship and learn about our awesome God. Parents and guardians are encouraged and welcomed to stay for chapel and participate with the children in this special time of worship. Chapel times are Monday through Friday at 8:00AM in the Creekside Worship Center.

Bible time

CCA also offers a daily Bible time every morning for all of the children. Bible time teachers create a fun, daily, hands-on Bible lesson, which correlates with the weekly lessons. Children love Bible time because our CCA teachers keep it fun and exciting! Bible time is "child initiated" and strengthens the children's imaginations while they explore their favorite Bible stories.

toddler milestones + curriculum

CCA's toddler curriculum is specially designed for toddlers between 18 and 36 months old and emphasizes the essentials for early brain development through the concepts of attention, bonding and communication. We encourage language and creative expression while they improve their muscle control, balance, and coordination. Our toddlers will be introduced to many of the top curriculum and learning programs available such as: Abeka, Hooked on Phonics, sign language, Elevate Jr., My Baby Can Read, and many more. It may look like all play in our toddler rooms, but they are optimizing brain and motor development through fun and silly movements.

pre-school and pre-k curriculum

CCA's Preschool and Pre-K curriculum is a combination of the top learning programs and Christian-based curriculums. The best curriculum uses a combination of teaching strategies, which alters to the four ways/learning types in which children learn. Some curriculum encourages exploration and focuses on the importance of community and self-expression. This curriculum works best with open-ended and child-led students who learn through art, projects, and activities, which reflect their ideas and interests. Some curriculum is more teacher directed and involves creative, hands-on group learning. Children have a fast capacity for learning. At CCA, we strive to keep learning fun for all!
