Our Children's Team ministers to all elementary aged children, and seeks to create a place where children will want to come each week. A place that not only stirs their hearts and opens their minds, but also invites them on the greatest adventure of their entire lives, following Jesus!
Every child is asked to sign-in, and make sure they have a Care Card on file. This helps us to ensure we are doing everything possible to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for your child while you are in adult worship.
Children are invited to participate in a variety of child-directed games and activities while other children are signing in.
Each service is identical in the schedule and curriculum use. Our children's team is staffed with wonderful, loving, and fun volunteers who rotate on a once a month schedule. All children's team volunteers willingly submit to a criminal background check to help ensure the safety of each child in our care.
We have a time of worship through song which begins our Children's worship. Each week contains a segment of large group teaching time that is followed by splitting into small groups for more in-depth examination of the lesson. These small groups offer a great time for relationship building, as well as reaching each child on their specific age level.
